Greater Brits Community
Am Moses Zikusoka, Founder and CEO of Greater Brits, a campaign to celebrate ‘new Britain’s uniqueness, diversity and inclusiveness post Brexit and Coronavirus.
We are a national community movement that was launched in 2019, and we are all about celebrating the rich diversity and inclusiveness of our glorious nation of Great Britain. We believe it’s the people and the differences they make (no matter how big or small) that makes up our country and defines our glorious Great Britain.
It is us as communities and individuals that make our country rich, vibrant and full of culture all-round!
We are proud Britain is one of the richest and most culturally diverse and inclusive nations in the world and we at Greater Brits are going to explore how talented, culturally diverse and rich our nation is by celebrating every diverse community and discovering the stories of every Brit community, one Brit at a time.
It is about discovering and sharing together the amazing stories, treasures, gifts, talents and personalities our nation holds, One Brit community at a time.

OUR VISION
To establish Greater Brits as a National Community Campaign celebrating Brit unity, diversity, and inclusion using ‘BRiT’ as a Community Brand that inspires confidence and optimism in Brit youth post-Brexit and Coronavirus.
• In 2020, Britain underwent two life-changing generational events – Brexit and Coronavirus. Both events have divided and left Britain feeling unsure and isolated. But this is the best time to be a Brit. The world-class successful NHS Covid-19 vaccination program has restored faith in British science, innovation, and resilience as we lead the world out of the Covid pandemic nightmare. And the economy is also starting to rebound back. Britain now has the chance to write the next chapter of her history. And the future looks bright as long as Britain harnesses the talents and skills of all Communities.
Greater Brits. Brit. This is our Time.

OUR MISSION
To celebrate One Britain, Many Brits by showcasing unity of Britain through diversity and inclusion.
• Britain today is recognized as a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic society with the immigrant populations playing a large part in British culture, music, sport, entertainment, and business.
• Greater Brits is about finding and giving voice to those individuals, personalities, events that have contributed to making Britain great.
• We want to affirm that although Great Britain is historically 4 nations – England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, there are many new and diverse ethnic and community groups that contribute to making Britain great.
• Britain is united as one nation, but also respects and celebrates the diversity of many different Brit communities.
• Greater Brits. One Britain, Many Brits, All Brits.

OUR STRATEGY
- To celebrate One Brit Community at a Time by highlighting different Brit individuals, communities and events and their impact in post Brexit and Coronavirus Britain.
- The Greater Brits national community campaign is actively seeking to hear from, and bring a voice to all individuals and communities regardless of age, sex, background, religion, physical ability and workplace because everyone who contributes to making Britain great matters.
- Not everyone in Britain has a chance to be heard and yet are silently going about making their contribution. – The Unsung Heroes of Britain. Recently these include the Front line workers, especially the NHS staff who gave of themselves selflessly and tirelessly during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- We want to hear from marginalised and vulnerable groups and we are not afraid to discuss trending or controversial topics like climate change, mental health, youth crime etc
- We want to canvas and showcase as much of Britain’s diverse groups, One Brit community at a Time.

OUR VALUES
- As Greater Brits national community campaign and BRiT as a community brand we have certain values that we will always maintain – Honesty, Fairness, Inclusiveness:
- Honesty – Always tell it like it is – We will always tell the truth behind the stories and people behind them regardless of how uncomfortable the truth may be. An Honest Britain is a Mature Britain.
- Fairness – Want to listen to / give a voice to everyone – A Listening Britain is a Fair Britain.
- Inclusiveness – We want to hear from everyone – Showcase everyone regardless of age, sex, background, religion, physical ability or workplace. The richest stories often come from the unseen and voiceless.
Greater Brits. Honest. Fair. Inclusive.

Our Campaigns
- To identify and celebrate individuals / personalities / communities / events / stories & their impact on today’s Britain.
- The Greater Brits national community campaign has launched the trademarked ‘BRiT’ community brand as a badge to inspire and motivate Brit youth to feel optimistic about being British in post Brexit and Coronavirus.
- ‘BRiT’ is not a nationalist or political brand. We are not stoking up the debate as to who is allowed to call themselves British. About who is more Brit than who! Native or Immigrant/ Born here or come here? No, anyone can join our national campaign whether they are born here or not. As long as they grow up, live, study, work, marry, pay taxes and feel British, then they can join our Greater Brits community campaign. BRiTS is an umbrella brand. Join one. Join all.
- ‘BRiT’ celebrates Brit Uniqueness. We recognise that there are many wonderful things that make Britain unique and that we don’t want to change – History, culture, Royalty, the Pub, Football, London, etc.
- We want to recognise that this is why millions of tourists visit Britain every year and long may it continue. There is no place like Britain in the world.
- ‘BRiT’ is a diversity and inclusive brand – We are celebrating Britishness in all its many different colours and forms. As long as you feel British then you are British. As long as you are grateful to Britain giving you a home, a job, a career, chance to raise your family, retire in peace then you are British. In our eyes all Brits are equal.
- So we have designed personalised / customised slogans to identify, give meaning to, complement and celebrate diverse Brit communities identified under the Greater Brits campaign. Examples of slogans by Brit community include:
